Caregiver Consultant
Provides planning, connection with resources, support, and education for caregivers. Provides guidance on "next steps" and empowers a caregiver to also care for themselves.
Caregiver Support Group
A confidential, professionally facilitated support group for caregivers to exchange ideas and information. Respite services available.
In-home Respite
Volunteers provide a break to the caregiver to allow time for personal needs and errands.
Connections Memory Cafe
A comfortable social setting for individuals with memory loss and their caregivers to make friends and support each other.
